It's very interesting to imagine how agriculture and horticulture will change plants on Mars. Increased CO2 and reduced gravity should increase plant growth. The reduction in gravity alone will make it easier for plants to suck up nutrients and water while requiring less expenditure of effort on supporting increased weight of fruits and seeds.
