You're first point is a meme. A chair is a social construct too. As are the notion of dog breeds and wolf subspecies. Call it race. Call it continental population etc. everyone knows what you mean.
For the rest, so long you believe in evolution the rest must neccesarily follow. Different humanoid populations have been seperated for tens of thousands of years under different evolutionary pressures (and remember, civilization and culture applies it's own as well). We obviously see this manifest in differences all across the body such as height, skin color, bone structure, adapations to disease, other differences (such as high altitude adaptations the Tibets have in their breathing patterns) etc. In order to claim there aren't race differences in intelligence, you have to beleive evolution somehow affected everything BUT the brain. Although it did in morphology, as we know races differ in brain size and structure, but this somehow does not manifest in cognition and/or behavior? Even though we see massive differences in observed behavior between these groups?
It's a fake jewish controversy (though given that you're just coming around to race and IQ, you're not ready for that one. Also the Holocaust didn't happen).

The idea is that a system such as a society will come to reflect it's underlying demographics, in this case being taken to mean genetics; Japanese people make Japan, Germans make Germany, Ethiopians make Ethiopia (in other words their intelligence, temperament, physicality etc. interact to create those societies) etc.. The implications here are enormous, for example pic rel shows how two populations will diverge drastically over time given their differences.

What is the scientific reasons for this divergence between Europeans and everyone else? (with the exception of East Asians once they copied Western science and technology)

We're on the same side here. Others may think that, for example, pic rel, is due to in large part to genetics, but we understand it is far deeper than that. Various parts of the world had different access to resources and developmental opportunities. As to why it continues in the present day, I already addressed that: socioeconomic factors and systemic racism. Once these walls of old are torn down, we will be able to unlock the civilizational and creative potential of oppressed peoples.
