Another stupid idea was to shoot rays at the crew which are gyroscopically controlled in angle and intensity to counter push the molecules, an idea I can see no end of red flags, side effects and other concerns with.
Another another one was to have fragile organs replaced and several docking struts implanted, which mount into the pilots overall and the thing acts as an exoskeleton which again mounts to the seat. Sounds weird again tho.
