Is there a free math course online?

I dropped out of highschool to work in a factory and as a repair man. Now I'm going back to university and the farthest I got in math was long division and my course requires me to learn how to add and multiply fractions.

Basically I'm mathematically retarded and have the math skills of a 14 year old. Help.
