If you got any experiments that could contradict GR many physicists would be very interested
And if you have an alternative theory which can mathematically explain that experiment AND (almost) all other previously made experiments/ from which galilean, newtonian... mechanics can be derived, then sure go ahead and publish it

We can never know if a theory is perfectly correct, but we can make models and do experiments and if a theory fits lots of experiments very well and can make very good predictions than we'll accept it as "true" (in the sense that it's the best approximation we got to how the universe really works)
