There is no "present moment." It stems from the illusion of self. It's easier if you view the universe as a solid in pic related, as the time dimension is difficult to grasp mentally. We are not on the leading edge of time. The film exists and we are viewing the current scene. But even that sounds like the false Cartesian theater, there is no one actually viewing it. Just an experience.
