When you add different races into the equation, the situation tends to take a turn for the worse. White kids will bully in a white way. Third worlders (niggers and spics) will bully in a third world way.
This can get potentially dangerous. As a zoomer who went to one of these highschools, my experiences are that kids will either become extremely depressed/suicidal, fanatic skinheads, or turn into wiggers themselves, not knowing any other way to deal with the situation.

Basically, it's entirely dependent on the demographics of your school. But the anti bullying campaigns are inherently bad and are designed to facilitate the production of weak, beta males.
