First form a posse consisting of the most muscular and fit men with the same point of view as myself, then quickly find Inurdaes and other tripfags and confine them somewhere so they can't have a say, possible through some sort of ruse. This would secure the confidence and support of the rest of everyone in /sci/.

I would then declare that we are going to find a way out of costco, we would have a little council meeting first to plan but I would have the final say just to speed things up, I doubt anyone would refuse to cooperate but any who do can join the tripfags, naturally to prove I'm competent I would join in on some of the dangerous and laborious tasks for an hour or so before returning to administration, I would also tell them I'm not an asshole I'm just trying to get shit done, I realize they could replace me and I would nominate one of my posse to replace me if they don't like me to ensure that we continue to stay organized and do not descend into petty squabbling.

After the teams have finished investigating the situation, like climbing to the roof and finding potentially useful equipment, I would summon another council meeting and compose a multi-tier approach to escaping, attempts to drill through the wall at several points, attempts to find the source of the air, attempts to allow people to safely reach the roof so we can try to break through there, other ideas people may have come up with, teams to cook and prepare food, sleeping areas and sanitation, properly organize the posse to enforce discipline and put the tripfags to work, preparing other administrators to take over while I go to sleep, perhaps a few people designated to provide for entertainment, creating a shift system so that we can work on certain areas round the clock.
