I really like this photo because you can see a circle, bubble, or force field surrounding the UFO.

Commander David Fravor who witnessed the UFO described it as hovering over the water, and the water directly under it was "boiling away." Water only boils due to high temperature or very low air pressure. If these craft do in fact generate a bubble around them that pushes away the aether, effectively separating them from our space time, then the bubble surrounding the craft would be a space of true vacuum, not false vacuum but true vacuum. I think that could be one possible explanation the extreme low air pressure that's causing the water to rapidly boil/evaporate.

The tic tac has 2 engines, each generating a field. One one engine is creating a field that pushes aether away from it, essentially creating a TRUE vacuum space. The 2nd engine cancels or nullifies the effect of the field created by the 1st engine. When these 2 field overlap with each other it creates a thin bubble surrounding the craft of true vacuum space. bubble visible in pic related Commander David Fravor who saw the tic tac with his eyes reported the water beneath the craft boiling away. I think what he saw was rapidly evaporating water caused by the craft's true vacuum bubble rapidly evaporating the water with low pressure/vacuum forces.
It's unreasonable to assume ALL ufo craft operate this way, but that's best guess for the tic tac.
