Hey sci, I have a question,

When measuring a resistance with a standard multimeter, when
is the uncertainty due to the multimeter the highest ? When measuring resistances of the order of a few thousands ohms or of the order of a hundred ohms ?

B=3w/(N+3s)
Solve for N.
I'm getting N=3w-3bs/b

Scenario: you are in one room and the only thermometer in the world is in the other room. You want to take your temperature. So, what is the lowest possible temperature that your body could be at that you could still run and get the thermometer and test your own temperature without dying?

/sci/ please, oh please help me with this problem. My programming teacher wrote this half pseudo half ada95 code, and I think he might have made a mistake or two, but you guys should get the gist of it.

The following gives one algorithm for removing ever occurrence of a character To_Remove from a string S:

I := 1 ;
while I ≤ Length(S) loop
if S(I) = To_Remove then
for J in I .. Length loop
S(J) := S(J+1) ;
end loop l
Length := Length – 1 ;
end if ;
end while ;

Suppose an input string has k occurrences of To_Remove, located at positions a1, a2 … ak. Give a formula that gives the total number of times the command S(J) := S(J+1) is executed for a string of length n.
