There is no difference between a good english major and a good physics major. You're a problem solver in relation to science/engineering/maths/whatever you go into. You won't be better than a smart english major at writing/art or a smart marketing major at marketing/business, and that's the reality.

This total nigger of a meme that so many anons fall for
>STEM majors are GOD-TIER
>You will be on the street if you don't major in STEM
>You are a failure and girls will think ur dumb if you don't major in STEM
>lol writing isn't even hard dude i can already do it STEM MASTER RACE
>Don't make 65K starting? lmao your entire life is one big failure
>lmao philosophy is like the most retarded shit ever why would you do that
>you should literally kill yourself if you are an artist, they don't do anything!!
is one of the most fallen for memes of all and has probably ruined plenty of anons who in reality would be better artists than engineers and should be doing that instead.

This shit isn't hard. If you're not passionate with it or even just enjoy it, you shouldn't be spending 4 years and thousands of dollars to study it. Some people think that they want money more than they want happiness, though, so that's why you see unhappy anons in these fields, as if an extra $30,000 a year is going to blow their minds.

This is all just IMO, but I think the people that really made it are the ones who work for themselves from home, make their own hours, and make enough to live on working 20 hours a week and can travel whenever they want.

Oh well, I'll get off my soapbox now.

>any engineering job
yeah no they can't. They can't even do many mechanical jobs.
>or physics
lmao that's ridiculous to think
>materials science
yeah all of those matsci jobs

also that pic is the same shit you post in every thread, and it's not even relevant as there aren't any jobs and that is a contract. compsci and chem, aero, and electrical makes more than you ever will, as well as the MEs that actually can work in their field and know more than you do about ME. kek. purduefag is literally delusional
