Why do so many dumbfucks feel so eager to spread their retarded opinions online after binging pop sci videos on youtube? There are a lot of these people even on /sci/ and it's very concerning.

For all p and for all z, the point z on line x raised to the power of the result of adding vector y to vector x results in vector z gives you z which is a point on line b.

I'll admit that I've never done this before, so either I've just got that from background knowledge or I'm atop Mount Stupid.

>Nice ass implies wide hips

No it doesn't. They're independent.

>good for childbirth

Urban myth. Wideness of hips actually has no bearing on how easy or difficult birth is.

>You're biologically inclined to

Please be aware that you don't know what people are biologically inclined to do. Spreading uninformed hypotheses as if they are fact is why "evo psych" is popsci nonsense.

Actually, being an apathetic emofag and feeling superior about it is even worse.

The levels go like this from good to worse:
1. Knowing there's something wrong and doing something about it.
2. Not knowing there's something wrong but not inhibiting the above people.
3. Knowing there's something wrong but just whining about it (your bleeding hearts).
4. Knowing there's something wrong and selfishly inhibiting any fix for private gain.
5. Being too stupid to believe scientists and instead believing political shills.
6. Being too stupid to believe scientists and feeling superior about it (this is you).
7. Being an asshole and doing everything no matter what in order to follow ideology.
8. Being an asshole and getting people to do everything no matter what for your own gain (Koch Bros.).

Wow, it's been a fun couple of weeks reading about the integrated information hypothesis, hopefully you'll jizz like I did.

http://www.ploscompbiol.org/article/fetchObject.action?uri=info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pcbi.1000462&representation=PDF
And Tegmark's paper trying to generalize this to any arbitrary quantum system http://arxiv.org/pdf/1401.1219v2.pdf

Neuroscience: Reking dualists since 2008.

But really, are there any problems with this? I barely understand it since I only know basic information theory and almost no neuroscience (although not knowing neuroscience doesn't seem to be that big of a deal for this).

Pic related, I hope that isn't me right now.

Why have you replaced the labels on the original image with those shitty textboxes done in paint?

You're not fooling anyone into thinking it's OC.

It just seems to me that all other forms of energy, other than potential, are "measurable". Hotter object vibrate more than colder ones. Brighter light has a higher photon/second count. Objects with more Kinetic Energy travel faster. What is the difference between a body with Potential Energy, and one which doesn't? Is it just a kind of "dark energy", which we know exists but can't observe?

Pic related, probably describes me right now

Let's play a game with a fair coin. You keep flipping it until you get a heads, at which point I will pay you $2^n. (So if the first flip is heads, you get $2, if the second you get $4, if third $8, fourth $16, etc.)

The catch is, you have to pay me first to buy in, and I'm a tough bargainer. What's the most you would be willing to pay?
