It started out as a joke, and then a spud edited it and removed the parts that made it obvious it was a joke. Now people will no doubt huff Freon to see if it does something. Let us hope more people will be persuaded to do maths while drinking tea. We will probably never get rid of this image.

>Is tea useful as a nootropic?
Yes. 125 million Japanese and 67 million British cannot be wrong.
>I have read about people getting high from drinking tea (not sure how true that is)
Depraved Russians abuse tea concentrate.
>And my question is, can I just go to the supermarket and, by buying some piss poor quality tea bags, achieve anything similar to this?
Well, yes, but I would not do that. Buy some loose leaf teas instead. Lipton's yellow is fine. Earl grey is nice but the taste makes you want to change after a while. I like Darjeeling tea but this is more expensive.
For high power work, I recommend Japanese green tea, specifically Sencha. Do not buy Macha, it is extremely bitter and the colour will make you think you have brewed up something highly radioactive. Just don't make it too strong and don't drink too much of it.
>I'm looking for something to help me be hyperfocused AND relaxed.
Tea is the choice for the gentleman of refined taste and culture.

Coffe is best enjoyed from the rear. That is why I drink tea.
Do you also enjoy alcohol by inserting tampons dipped in pure alcohol?

Really.
I spent years learning my trades and I now have a good job where I practice what I have learned. In fact I have a great time. So there is no way I am going to risk it all for some drugs.

I drink tea, which contains theobromine.

Did you lose all sense of sense and taste to COVID?

Japanese green tea is rich in L-Theanine and is GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe), hvaing been drunk by hundreds of millions of Japanese.
Also, tea and biscuits are very, very civilised.

Japanese green tea. It is the only possible nootropics I have tried. After years of study I am not taking any chances.

Take Japanese green tea, containing L-theanine. It is safe (GRAS) and legal. And comfy.

And specifically Japanese green tea. That is quite different from Chinese green tea. Also enjoy with serenity and tranquillity.

>What is the minimum IQ to learn one of these languages?
I never did an IQ test, just a PhD in Physics
feelsgoodman.jpg
>Mine is 128 and I'm having a hard time with Chinese
I did 2 years in Japan as post doc and can confirm Nihongo is hard. I was only able to reach Nihongonouryokushiken levels 4 and 3.
Learning to enjoy Japanese green tea was easy, though.

And I have been drinking tea, including Japanese green tea, for years, and I have a PhD in Physics.

I really should get some more omochi.
