Hey /sci/, not sure if this is the right place for a thread like this but it seemed right.

I'm going to graduate from high school soon but have no idea what path to take.

I love computers and gaming and considered game design but feel that may be a far fetched and stupid idea.

Maths, I'm fucking terrible at, limiting some choices for me. I do Advanced and Extension 1 and 2 English as well as Information Technology (Computing), Ancient History, Business Studies and Design and Technology, as well as General Maths.

My friend who is a pretty mentally talented guy who used to into I.T got into engineering but I can't due to my lack of mathematical skills. He suggested Programming.

What do you guys think?

I'm having a test in programming tomorrow, Im allowed to bring any code I want in my computer.

Anyone can bring me a site with "HOLY SHIT DAT CODING" so I can "cheat" through the test.

>tl;dr : What is the best way to read a line of text at a time using fseek() or fscanf()?

More really its /cpsc/ but we got /sci/ in the name.
Any one got any good tips for reading a few strings and a shitload of numbers from a text file? I am used to Java so it's easier to read whole line at a time.
