So, I guess this means you have a better way of allocating highly limited funds to a near limitless number of possibilities out there for an almost equally limitless number of particular fields, many of which require very expensive labs and test equipment which makes testing anything in science a process that is more expensive than one person's finances can support.
I, for one, would love to see a well written white paper on this new and surely ground breaking approach to the public funding of science.
