Just started as a product development engineer and really dont know what the fuck Im doing. All we do is just talk talk talk meeting after meeting. The first project I received seems overly challenging to me because no conditions were set. It's somewhat open terrain and I dont know what my next steps are.
In university we were never told how to develop a product. Am I suppose to get market analysis? Make cost analysis on the production costs? Never did those things. Wtf.

>1:20pm walking to junior year Optoelectronics course as per usual
>take different route than usual due to running late
>begin walking past EE professors' rooms on the way, most are just closed doors
>one door open, but lights off
>peer in when passing and see a tenured professor hunched over his PC in an otherwise pitch black room
>he hears me walk past and stares as I pass like pic related
probably the oddest professor office I've seen other than that one with no floor space due to old greek yogurt containers and papers everywhere
