well, we actually had an conversation about which options there are. he says physics forums vary too much regarding the level, and I argue the stack exchange format isn't suited for physics, because "one question - one answer" never works out for things you can't find out your own. I guess he is frequenting programming sites. I check out sci for lulz, trolling, pop news, small mathematica challenges or answer actual theoretical physics questions (but I haven seen some in weeks). However, I would have gone too if I wouldn't check out /tv/ for cinema opitions etc.

However, I took the first construction with three Gaussian functions, literally the first thing that came to my mind, to make up that plot. You can in principle take a photo of a dick, make a Fourier (series) analysis of the pic and reproduce the actual dick as an implicit function of x and y. But like in my case, this way the function will involve ArcTans (due to the transformation from polar coordinates), which doesn't make it as sexy as the batman polynomial
