The reason why immigrants are flooding in, is because declining populations require people from the outside to sustain economic growth. The reason why there is a declining population is because women are opting out of motherhood to peruse careers. Every study on the planet that investigates this finds that increased access to education reduces fecundity in women.

If you are worried about the excess of workers devaluing the cost of work and reducing working conditions for workers (companies can treat workers worse because more workers = they need to be less picky) Then you should start with kicking women out of the workforce, as they do literally nothing anyway. Now that women, at large, are engaged in the workforce, the rate of increased GDP per capita has not changed one bit.

Also yes you can have a laissez-faire economics and patriarchy (or whatever you want to call it) simultaneously. The 1800th century was when we where the most economically laissez-faire, most patriarchal of all, the most intelligent when it comes to general intelligence, as well as most religious if you care about that.

Stop blaming Capitalism. Kick women out of the workforce.
