I'm strangely stumped at how to create a logic gate using basic AND/OR/XOR/ETC... Gates for A doesn't imply B. True if A but not B.

Is the 4th dimension a spacial one which we 3 dimensional beings perceive in the only way we can (as different points in "time" within 3 dimensional space) ?

if so, can we somehow fold 4 dimensional space in the 5th dimension, and would we 3 dimensional beings perceive this as two points in time being one (time travel)?

and do we as 3 dimensional beings somehow perceive the 5th dimension? if no, why not? why only the 4th?
