A couple years back I took it without studying at all and got a mediocre score. Flash forward two years later, and I am now attending a college where the average SAT score is a 1200. What gives?

Does this mean anything? Some people say it doesn't correlate to IQ at all, which is the official stance of Mensa, but people in the US often use it as a stand in for IQ. I don't trust it in part because I got a perfect score, I think I have a below average IQ because I can't visualize clearly

I got a perfect score on this thing.

I'm curious what IQ a perfect score on the SAT translates to, because I want to do a physics PhD at Princeton eventually and I'm not sure if I'm above the IQ cutoff. You guys are obsessed with IQ, so this the best place to ask. (I studied for the test about 30 hours total.)
