We pick four numbers from 1 - 10.

Then we call 2 perfect logicians called Ann and Bob. They know we have four numbers but neither of them know the numbers.

We add those numbers and tell only Ann the result.

We multiply those numbers and tell only Bob the result.

Then we put them in a room together and ask them how many numbers do they know from the addition and multiplication of the numbers:

Ann: I don't know any number
Bob: I only know one number
Ann: I now know two numbers
Bob: I now know all the numbers!

What are the numbers?

Why have none of these people won the Turing Award? Tell me. Surely they've changed the computing/technology landscape more than some fucking math nerd coming up with some abstract theory or creating ALGOL.

Application is just as (if not more) important than theory.

im a first year university student, but since high school ive been working on some interesting ai software. i think it could be a big thing, but i havent got the time to work on it and take a job after school ends. im hoping to live in halifax nova scotia and work on my project after school ends, but i need some money. can an undergrad apply for a research grant? and how would i? i wouldnt need much at all. probably like 5 - 7 grand just for living expenses.

looking for help too if anybody in the area is interested
