Take this pic as a basic model... Would this work if there were two magnets (on the bottom) that alternate and push away from a stronger magnet (on the top) if they moved like pistons somehow fastened to the axle and thereby spinning it?

Also, could the top magnet be stronger by converting the crankshaft (or whatever its called) to some kind of generator that is wrapped in copper or some shit thereby powering the top magnet?
