Should this be taken seriously? I am not too scientifically savvy so please let me know if I have any misunderstanding.

It sounds like it wasn't done in any kind of controlled setting. We get 1 more expert opinion from Blatner who also reviewed the results. The sample size is 1 person, 1 trial.

What's the validity of this? What could be missing? If this went as well as they say it did (improvement by all health markers I believe is what's implied) then why isn't this being looked into more? After 13 years, why is all major health advice contradictory to this method? Should it be treated as clickbait/sensational nonsense?
