you seem to know a lot about addictions/addictive behaviors. ok op, please tell me. How do I stop being addicted to the internet/the computer. It's pathetic really, but I tell myself everyday that I will finally accomplish something in an hour or half a day or tomorow, but it never happens. I have, for the past 5 years probably spent an average of 7-8 hours a day on the computer, mostly on 4chan. So please, how do I stop this addiction to the internet, I want to live, I want to be productive.

i made u = ((sec^2)x) which seems to start the problem off ok but then I get lost towards the end.

any help with steps would be greatly appreciated

no not really .. /x/ page was made and improved when no one from /x/ gave a shit. Once they started getting interested I left them to it - most of the things i did are still there - they changed main anthem and some players ... and im happy with that - seeing them get involved. I dont touch their team now, I leave them to it.
