This is not troll physics.

If, in my pic, information travels from the rocket to the earth (which are a distance of 1 lightyear apart) in less than 1 year then information is travelling faster than light.

So WHY can't the information travel down the stick fater than light? Nothing is travelling that distance. Atoms are interacting with each other in a wave but nothing moves more than atomic distances.

Why must I be wrong?
