What did you mean by this? Anyway, the first condition is easily satisfied:

[math]\mathbb{Z}[/math] as a module over [math]\mathbb{Z}[/math] is not a vector space.

This follows from the two facts that

And thus it basically just changes nothing. Requiring proper inequality would actually make squeezing less general as then it would have to be added that for squeezing also equality is OK.
