I don't know if i'm the only one but if someone has been in this and got ride of it please share your experience with me
I'm in my second semester in university and i'm still afraid of exams
each time before exams my stomach hurts like hell
I can't concentrate and that affects my preparation badly
each time i think about an exams my stomach hurts i get anxious and i can't revise
before in highschool it was just temporary and once i see the exam i get fine
but now this shit goes on and one during the exams making me fail at simple questions
what should i do
