What is the difference between 3H and H3 in chemistry?

I never understood this and it popped into my head the other day, anyone care to explain?

If you take vitamin C supplements, tell me the gram, tell me how many mg the bottle claims each pill/capsule/tablet has.

Now, I acquire said brand, perform a titration and tell you how much absorbic acid there REALLY is in your supplement.

I am going to be using .25M NaOH and phenolphthalein.
