This. That applies to the meme progression charts too. You know, the ones that tell you to read 5 different calculus books before reading an analysis book.

>DUDE DO STEWART THEN APOSTOL THEN SPIVAK THEN 5 DIFFERENT PROOFS BOOKS THEN 3 DIFFERENT ANALYSIS BOOKS!!!

Why would anyone read the same material 5 different times? That is an absurd waste of fucking time. All because some tripfag in 2010 said to do so in an all caps post, and probably didn't even know the material himself but just heard what "the good books" are. The sticky is full of awful advice that will do nothing but waste your time on meme books. Linear algebra and basic topology are actually the best way for a mathlet to learn how to do proofs because the proofs are sort of intuitive and easy at a beginner level. The best way to learn how to prove is to spend 5 seconds reading about quantifiers, then do a pure linear algebra book. Not to waste years doing 10 different calculus books for 0 reason.

>Programming Module
>Maths and Data Structures Module
>Networking Module
>Architecture Module incl. Assembly (and then Machine Coding apparently?)
>Throwaway UX/UI Module that will then translate into using Arduino and elaborating on webdev stuff from earlier this year
>Low-Level Communications Module which is literally just signals, modulation, MATLAB and then goes onto image video / speech processing and cryptography/cryptoanalysis in the final semester
