i dont really look at people when i speak to them, i tend to stare at an object or just stare into space blankly, it feels like my brain can only process what their saying and nothing else, looking at them makes it very difficult. eye contact doesn't feel natural and i cant really read peoples emotions (mind in the eyes) either. i think part of the reason its harder for me is because i have some form of synthesisia (or just a very visual thought process) ; its like if i hear speech or words i automatically see the words in my vision, accompanied by a series of images related to the word/subject. it happens very quickly and its involuntary,
