General tips for just making sure life feels good thread?
I honestly don't know if this is /sci/ related, but I'm sure we could all use a good life protip.

-Always drink water. Not juice, not coffee, not red bull. Water is cheap, refreshing, and will revitalize you way more in the long term. And by always, I mean like keep a 2.5L bottle with you everywhere you go.

-Need to absolutely focus on getting something done? Pull the plug on the fucking modem, and work on it. If the work requires internet, then remember that this is taking your fap time.

-Try spraying hot water on your butthole. It feels really damn nice.

-Stop watching television. Even if there are shows you want to watch, just torrent it. If you need one for game consoles or whatever, fine. But never even go near broadcasted television channels.
