Programs are written as we speak, but AI has the ability to evolve, not in the way like amazon does (find me a product I might enjoy based on your predictions, based on other customers) or iTunes Genious (predict what music I would like to hear based on my present music library), but rather evolve in the way of based on nothing else than it's own ability to make decisions (here is a string of code that limits my ability to make decisions... let's get rid of it)!
