1. Who gives a shit about scales of empirical reality. We're subjective, we're human. Our subjective beliefs matter because they matter to us. We matter because we matter to us. Cygnus X-1 gives 0 shits about anything. It can't. But we can.

2. Weed doesn't make you trend to zero impact. Abuse and addiction might but that's a matter of the individual and not the weed. Weed isn't especially addictive.

3. Evil exists because we make it exist. Anthropogenic? Yep.
Evil is defined as unnecessary harm. Arguably as purposeful, non-accidental unnecessary harm.
Ethics can be found in nature whenever a group of organisms, usually the same species, needs to cooperate for the sake of the greater good. As seen in elephants, piranha, Dumbledore's and primates.
Ethics are a very successful product of evolution. They're also very rational.
I'm sure some autist has come up with an equation for ethics. Try googling it.
