Actually, the Enterprise time line will also be slightly altered to accommodate for the episodes where time travelers from the 31st century went back in time since those events probably won't unfold the same way now. The majority of it remains the same, however.

Personally I think they should end the second movie with Kirk correcting the timeline and let the series rest before it starts to get too out of hand. Maybe another Trek series in the future once we've had a chance to get the bad taste of the over-saturation of the franchise out of our mouths.
