Indian IQ is definitely not what it should be at a genetic maximum. Kids in India get like 5 years of schooling on average.
Based on broader racial characteristics and their performance in the west I'd say they are as smart as whites.

Don't forget white average IQ was 85 50 years ago.

I find that unlikely but it's ultimately unfalsifiable hypothesising. Ultimately the mass of overall intelligence today must be much larger even if it could be determined to be relatively concentrated more.
Also you seem to be assuming birth rates are determined just by access to more resources (they're not) and that there's enough of a substantial difference of intelligence amongst ethnicities but the native British aren't particularly even that bright. War did a lot more to kill off good genetic stock than anything else in recent history.
The biggest negative impact on intelligence is technology, video games are making kids stupider than anything else.

Can it reach a 100? I don't know. But is it below 70? No. Can it increase further? Yes - Flynn effect.

At least two things are incredibly unlikely if sub saharan africans have an avg of 70:

Firstly, pic related. Selection must occur persistently for both parents. The mother included. This is consistent both in UK and USA.

Secondly, african-americans would never be able to reach 88 with only 25% European admixture, assuming European admixture matters and it's all genetics.

Being a cop is heritable.
Meta analysis based on GWAS have shown that about 50% of the variance in IQ is explainable by genes. This seems about right.

Also, we have discovered more than 100 SNP's relating to intelligence. NO such selection is apparent. In fact if you take the effect of the SNP's weigh them by their frequencies for different races you get almost complete equality.

Obviously immigrants are naturally selected. When it comes to Indians and Chinese especially.

This is from an article of his. The primary source is GCSE scores in Britain.

According to Lynn (a literal white separatist) Nigeria has an average IQ of 84. To my mind this is quite high since Nigeria is a total mess. There is room for the Flynn effect there.

In the absence of a eugenics program, the influx of Asian or otherwise selected groups replacing white and black children is beneficial to the overall IQ of the nation.

Unless of course you have a racial agenda and not an 'intelligence agenda'.
