It's what makes establishing communication with every other human communities rather easy, regardless of their history.
Dolphins makes very complex sounds in the wild, that nobody ever succeeded making sense of. And try to put yourself in their shoes, not having the universal grammar (figured out by Chomsky), and trying to make sense of our language.
