I think it's awsome, kinda looks like some kind lunar TKS on steroids with the large pressurized section underneath the return capsule. The Soyuz capsule would've need substancial redesign to include the pass-through heat shield, TKS' VA capsule would have been a better choice considering it does have that feature. The lack of an orbital module is not a problem given the comically large pressurized section.
Colombus is too large, and heavy. The MPLM or just a regular ATV pressurized section should be enough for a 3-man lab. ATV-VA is roughly 30t, heavier (and shittier) than Orion-ICPS, and would need quite a large rocket to launch it to the Moon.
I looks like absolute shit, I love it.
