Hey /sci/, I need some help with this problem:

Daryll competed in the National Darts Contest. On his final throw to win the championship, he released the dart at a height of 1.57 m perfectly horizontally at a speed of 17 m/s. He stood a distance of 2 m from the dartboard. If the bulls-eye of the dartboard is located at a height of 1.5 m, did Daryll win the contest?

How solve? I know it's basic, but I suck dick at physics.

"Graph the line passing through the given point with the given slope."

(6,2) m=0

and,

(-2,-3) m=undefined.

I, of course, know what these terms mean, but I'm unsure wat do on the graph with them. Your explanations will be greatly appreciated.
