It was meant in the sense of achieving those golden moments that some might interpret as ultimately requiring preventative measures because of how their intelligence and imagination constructs events in a punitive fashion.

Essentially, audience of exclusion as external judgement. You could easily be a murderer or a rapist or INSERT_IMAGINED_EVIL_THING_HERE according to their level or ability to interpret those things you do in private because if done in public would just arouse anger or concern in others. Sort of like how people do drugs at home instead of at the local police station.

There will always be some audience of exclusion, this is a given, but I was intending more to describe the success rate of those things that require extra time, care, and resources to maintain the desired interval and variation of said activity. Because this post is appearing on 4chan I can safely use the harsh example of a child murder, whose idea of success rate is the ability to murder as many as necessary without incarceration in order to maintain a high incidence rate.
