Help me guys, I'm seriously stressed out about my internship.
So I have to do an internship at a university lab, working as a lab technician mostly. But I've lately found out that I'm really bad at planning and organizing. I'm also slow and clumsy. I have a feeling it might be dyspraxia.
The theory interests me, and I'd love to write a good paper, because that's something I'm pretty good at. However, 12 weeks of practical work filled with new people, new techniques, new environments are like an enormous wall I have to cross to get my degree.
I've been losing sleep over it for a week now, and I'm starting early february. How the fuck do I stay on task and motivated when I'm so anxious?
