Why do you guys hate Engineers so much? Are you jealous you won't make as much as an engineer in your life?

Hello, /sci/. In honor of Cave Johnson, I'm trying to come up with a way to make lemons combustible. The simple process of adding baking soda, I believe, should make it a combustion reaction with the following equation:

<span class="math">C_{6}H_{8}O_{7} + 3NaHCO_{3} -\rightarrow 3CO_{2} + 3H_{2}O + C_{6}H_{5}Na_{3}O_{7}
This leaves water, carbon dioxide, and sodium citrate. But, with this, you can't really set a person's house on fire with the lemon and baking soda, because it's an endothermic reaction.

I do know that you can mic sodium hypochlorite and citric acid to create an exothermic reaction, but it isn't a combustion one. It does give off a nice bit of nasty, though, I'm sure.

<span class="math">C_{6}H_{8}O_{7} + 7NaClO -> 7ClO_{2} + 6C + 8H + 7Na
My question is, what can be added to citric acid that makes it both a combustion reaction AND exothermic? Help me honor Cave Johnson, folks!

Hello, /sci/. I'm trying to figure out if the following formula is a combustion one or not. I think it might be, but I'd like to get some outside thought. I apologize if I didn't balance it properly.

<span class="math">C_{6}H_{8}O_{7} + 3NaHCO_{3} \rightarrow 3CO_{2} + 3H_{2}O + C_{6}H_{5}Na_{3}O_{7}
Picture semi-related.
