No of course every race is, but whites when adjusted for population preform vice significantly less than the minorities. And not just in poor areas, it's classwide and agewide.

The US government spends nearly half its budget on welfare programs. We try, really hard. But dumb people will always find a way to fuck everything up for themselves and run cities (soon nations) into the ground.
