That is just bad. Even for engineering. Flee.
Just go for maths. From your posts you seem like a guy who hates computations but likes to understand concepts. GO MATHS. I've myself started a maths degree in the middle of my cs degree and I can honestly say that, while the double workload almost made my brain melt, it was the best choice ever.
