[QUESTION] So, they say that a 5 gram black hole will vaporize almost instantly due to hawkings radiation. Hawkings radiation occurs when a particle and antiparticle pop into existence and one of the particles falls into the black hole whilst the other flies off into space and can be detected as radiation. Now, if the particle that falls into the back hole is an antiparticle, it can reduce the mass of the black hole and release energy as a result. This (if i understood it correctly), is how black holes evaporate. In the video they say that the 5 gram black hole would evaporate almost instantly. does this mean that around the impossibly small event horizon a total of 10 grams worth of matter/antimatter popped into existence in a ridiculous small amount of time? If that is correct, tons worth of matter/antimatter would pop into existence in every squarecentimeter worth of space every second...

Get the fuck out, I fucking hate Richard Dawkins. How can a guy whose proposed some theories about evolution and became a millionaire from arguing with creationists while making atheists look bad be god tier?

Also, Alan Turing is god tier but putting him before Einstein is fucking ridiculous. Furthermore, where the fuck is Richard Feynman?
