We don't ignore them (after all they all get 12 years of FREE education; often with free lunches too), niggers just don't want to learn period. Just look at filthy poor and DISCRIMINATED southern Americans (most conservatives think we should hang the severed heads of beaner children on pikes at the boarder to scare them away) and their illegal parents. Within just ONE generation, they finish high school, speak <span class="math">PROPER[/spoiler] English, are accepted into higher education, and are fully integrated members of US society and culture. Black choose to stay poor in ghettos and overflow our jails and welfare systems. Adopted Africans do just fine and rapidly melt into American society, while OTOH American niggers reject the idea of "selling out" and becoming black people.
