There are ~chemical explanations for everything else discussed in medical science.. Some "most likely" hereof are..

•Not having "all essential nutrients", diets of which are some 1%.
•Mismetallation.
•Low optimals of antioxidants and environmental correlatives.
•Cyanobacteria, especially amongst limited L-serine.
•Common "biotoxins" such as botulinum, E. coli, and streptococcus.

Vitamin C is biosynthesized in even some smaller-esque animals at ~10g/day, obviously evidencing the capability of correlative amounts amongst humans. That's a huge aspect.
