Math majors (grads and undergrads), professional mathematicians, aspiring mathematicians... how many math subjects do you study at once?

I'm curious about the study habits of other mathematicians. I mean in addition to your coursework/ research/ professional endeavors, how much time do you devote to studying other math subjects? Do you, or do you just focus on one thing?

I once heard it said that in order to be the best mathematician you can be, you need to keep studying, keep branching out, never becoming a one-trick pony. Do you guys believe this is so, or do you just focus on the work at hand? Also, do you spend much time reviewing subjects you learned in the past? For example, if you're an undergrad senior, when's the last you opened a trig or college algebra book? If you're a grad student, when's the last time you went through your introductory number theory text? Is it important to continuously review past material?

Sorry for all the questions, just curious about how the pros do it. Also, pic unrelated.
