Phenylpiracetam and L-theanine are the best from my experience. Phenylpiracetam makes me think more "sharply", and L-theanine is a better stimulant than caffeine and makes me think a lot more clearly. Oxiracetam is also decent for mathematical thinking in my experience.

Phenylpiracetam, centrophenoxine, and fish oil are other nootropics I recommend. Fish oil is good for inhibiting the self-critical brain loop. Phenibut and pramiracetam are also good for anti-anxiety.
