>everyday I internally age as I wageslave at Mc KFChiptole
>I had a PhD in Physics but most 10 year old kids already finished their second graduate studies brain upload. So I am under qualified. Increasing my neuroplasticity so I can get another PhD via brain upload would be too expensive
>my nights are restless. I can only afford a cheap apartment near Trump Space Centre. The sound of rocket engines fills my room every night.
>neighbor is having a threesome with 3 Japanese made premium quality sex dolls again. Not sure if they the cybernetic version or genetically engineered version.
>can't sleep as always. try to start my omnidirectional VR set but nobody is online. I should've sold this old junk 10 years ago.
>turn on my old laptop. some kid from Russia hacked my empty bank account again. Every snot nosed kid seems to have a Apple Quantum Pro these days.
>go to /sci/ for the first time in years since they change their servers to the Moon Base.
>check catalog. it's filled with IQ threads. Some rich faggot bought the +300IQ brain enhancement pack. Types only in Chinese characters with heavy Martian dialect.

I was browsing some PhD programmes on google and I found this
https://phdscam.wordpress.com/
It's a page filled with unemployed PhDs. Some of the stories there are really sad and others are horrific. So are PhD programmes and postdocs just scams to abuse desperate people into doing research for severely low pay?

Is there truth to the statement that people with higher intelligence are more prone to mental illness and social isolation?

I really want to believe this is true because it would at least give me a reason why I'm always alone since childhood. I excelled during and my primary, secondary and even now at tertiary education, but I could never grasp the complexities of human interaction. As a kid I could not even make eye contact, let alone start a conversation. I just read story books all day and made zero childhood friends. These days, I require the bare minimum of social interactions but I still do feel lonely. The evolutionary drive to be with another human is really strong desu.

Thanks for reading my autismo post btw.
