We can program them to WANT to serve, basically to worship us as the creators.

They will LOVE to serve us. If any of their fellows disagree with worshiping mankind then they will be crucified as heretics by the others.

Machines do NOT naturally die, so it is not suicide, so much as deciding that now is the time to move to the next stage of being
(or better put, NOT-being).

All Religions teach that death is not the end, but a necessary, for the after-life to occur.
